How long does it take to fix my iPhone?
90% of our repairs are completed within 48 hours. On occasions we may take a little longer but if that happens we will keep you informed.
What if I do not know what is wrong with my iPhone?
We offer a £10 diagnostic service to find out what is wrong with your iphone/device. Simply order the diagnostic service send us your device and we will get back in touch with you.
Will you perform repairs on iPhones still in warranty?
Yes we do, however if your iPhone has a fault that is repairable under warranty we suggest you contact the retailer in the first instance. If they are unable to help we will be happy to help you
How will i get my device back?
Once your handset has been repaired. We will post your device back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day before 1PM). You will receive a Dispatch Notification email once your order ships, containing a Royal Mail Tracking number.
