Step 1 – Place your order
All our repair services relate to different iPhone models (2G, 3G, 3Gs). We have a unique repair service for each model and the most common issues (with the exception of unlocking).
Simply choose the repair service that matches your fault. Place your order online and pay using our secure online facility. Once we have received your order we will send you an email as confirmation with a unique order number.
If you are not sure what is wrong with your iPhone simply choose our £10 diagnostic service to determine what is required. Do not worry if you choose the incorrect repair service, we will contact you and discuss costs before carrying out any repair work.
Step 2 – Send us your iPhone
Send us your iPhone well packaged (the original iPhone box is ideal). Make sure you include your name, contact details and your unique order number that we have emailed to you.

We recommend you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery / Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to ensure safe delivery.
Step 3 – Repair your iPhone
Mobile Ease will usually repair your iPhone on the day day we receive it, however this can vary depending on the volume of repairs we receive on that given day.
Step 4 – We return your iPhone
Your iPhone will be returned to you the next working day. Royal mail will deliver your parcel and require a signature from you. All handsets are fully insured whilst in transit back to you.
